Liam is a commercial theatre producer based in London. In 2021, Liam was named one of the ‘Rising Stars of the West End’ after producing a sell-out one night concert of Drew Gasparini’s ‘I Could Use A Drink’ at The Garrick Theatre. 


Gartland Productions was founded in 2021. In May 2022 Liam revived the hit musical LIFT at The Southwark Playhouse. The show is set at Covent Garden tube station on an ordinary morning, exploring the thoughts of eight people and revealing their innermost secrets. It had its original world premiere in 2013, where the cast included Julie Atherton, award-winner George Maguire and Tony Award-winner Cynthia Erivo.


Previous productions include; Tell Me Straight (King's Head Theatre) and A Song For Christmas (Iris Theatre). 


In 2020, Liam co-founded The Grad Fest, an award winning company providing performance opportunities and support for recent theatre graduates. The Grad Fest were awarded a 'ONEOFF Special Award' for their dedicated work through the pandemic supporting theatre graduates and were nominated for the 'Recognition Award' by Industry Minds. 


Productions for The Grad Fest Include; Graduates At Cadogan Hall (Cadogan Hall), Elegies For Angels, Punks and Raging Queens (King’s Head Theatre), Evening Standard Future Theatre Fund Awards in association with TikTok (Apollo Theatre), Grad Tidings (Southwark Playhouse), Next Thing You Know (Garden Theatre), Unplugged (Phoenix Arts Club), Grad Tidings (The Actors Church). 


Liam is proudly supported by Stage One, a charity that supports new UK Theatre producers. Having attended the Stage One New Producer’s Workshop in 2021, the following year he went on to be a recipient of the  Stage One Bursary.
